Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with kanzeh.net. Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product, there may be several options available to you.
Return and Refund Requests Policy

Our customers should know that clicking the “check out” button, means that they agree on all our Returns and Refunds Policies.
Returns If the Purchase was Prepaid
- Cancelation 24 hours after check-out
When placing and order it takes 24 hours to get fulfilled, in case we received and order cancelation request within the first 24 hours, the costumer will have to pay the bank transferring fees.
- Cancelation between 24hours and the delivery
In case we received and order cancelation request 24 hours from the order placement, the costumer will have to pay the bank transaction fees, carrier fees and 45% of the price of the purchased item(s) will be detected.
- Cancelation after delivery
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer cash back or Credit Card/PayPal refunds. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, the costumer request to return the product, the costumer will have to pay the bank transaction fees, carrier fees to return the shipment from the manufacturer “kanzeh” in Sharjah -UAE and 45% of the price of the purchased item(s) will be detected.
In case the Costumer is Not happy with his order after deliver, Kanzeh (Continuum Trading Fze.) will not be able to exchange the item(s) the costumer have purchased; the costumer needs to place a new order.
Money Refund will be done in 30 to 60 days from the day of the approval we give to the bank or payment gateway to refund.
- Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
- It should also be in the same brand box you received.
- these policies apply for domestic and international purchases.
- Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours from the receipt of the item(s).
